Resepi masam manis ini selalunya di masak menggunakan ikan. Tetapi kelai ini saya kongsikan masakan menggunakan ayam. Ayam ini menggunakan tepung jagung supaya kuahnya menjadi pekat. Boleh juga tepung selain itu, seperti tepung goreng segera ataupun sekadar menggunakan garam dan kunyit. Bahan-bahan lain boleh ikut selera masing-masing.

0:15 – 250 Gram Ayam (Dipotong Dadu)
0:20 – 3 Sudu Besar Tepung Jagung
0:24 – Garam
0:28 – Lada Sulah
1:28 – 1 Biji Bawang Merah
1:43 – 2 Ulas Bawang Putih
1:48 – 1/2 Inci Halia
2:01 – 1 Sudu Besar Cili Kering Kisar
2:15 – 2 Sudu Besar Sos Tomato
2:24 – 3 Sudu Besar Sos Cili
2:44 – Air
2:58 – Gula
3:03 – Garam
3:16 – 1/2 Biji Tomato
3:20 – 1/4 Cawan Kacang Pis
3:25 – 1 Tangkai Cili
