Apa kabar semua?. Harap baik-baik semuanya ya..kali ini admin akan kongsikan resepi Kek Coklat Keju Meleleh. Yang Pastinya memang sangat sedap dan mudah sahaja hendak buat. Ada sesetengah pembuat kek atau penggemar kek memanggil kek hantu. Secara khususnya kenapa nama diberi begitu tidak dapat dikenalpasti tetapi admin agak kerana elemen leleh dan bercorak putih itu yang mempengaruhi wataknya..

Ingredients for Moist Chocolate Cake:

Ingredients A:

1 cup milk
1 cup corn oil
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup caster sugar

Ingredients B:

2 eggs (Beat the egg and set aside)

Ingredients C:

1/4 tsp salt
* If using wheat flour, add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Methods:

1) Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook on the stove until the sugar is dissolved (mix well using a whisk). Use a low heat.
2) Add the eggs that have been beaten. Stir briefly.
3) Add the C ingredients (sifted together in advance). Cook for a while and stir until the flour dissolves.
4) Fill the batter into the pan (1/2 of the pan). Steam for 45 minutes or until cooked. Cover pan with lid or plastic wrap with a cloth so that the water steamed steamer does not drip onto the cake.

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Melt:

250 gm cheese
250 ml UHT whipping cream (can add more cream if you want)
4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Methods:

1) Mix the cheese with condensed milk until smooth and well blended.
2) Add the whipping cream and beat until creamy.
* Do not whip the whipping cream too long or it will become a liquid.

Ingredients for Topping Brown:

250 gm cooking chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup whipping cream UHT

Methods:

1) Melt the cooking chocolate in a double boiler.
2) Put the butter. Stir well.
3) Add UHT whipping cream. Stir until well combined.
* If you want it to be more delicious, you can add nutella into chocolate topping.

How to serve the cake:

1) Take a bit of cream cheese for the topping shaded in chocolate. Can add a littel bit of nutella if you like.
2) Cut the cake into 2 parts. (Make sure the cake is cooled in advance)
3) Place half of the cream cheese on the bottom cake layer.
4) Then place the remaining cakes.
5) Apply the cream cheese on the cake.
6) Put the cake in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to harden the cream cheese.
7) Pour the chocolate topping on the cake which was Layered with the cheese. Decorate the surface of the chocolate by your creativity.
